This site got spammed with a bunch of comments from "WebHome" but it's harmless, all of the comments are the same meaningless phrases with no links. It's unfortunate that the RSS feed for updates doesn't distinguish between page updates and comments being added - either one will show up in the feed as a page change, attributed to the page author. You can always check "what's new" in the menu bar across the top of the wiki, then click "show changes" to see if there is actually any new page content.
