Brian Kelly is speaking now on the topic Email Must Die! I am not a big fan of email myself, so I am all for this.

Poor metadata - bad subject lines, subject lines not changed...

Viruses, spam, flame wars...

"Email is where knowledge goes to die"

Web architecture is much richer technically.
